… I know he’s taking his shirt off so he doesn’t destroy it while whipping, but all I can think of Lushaka is, ‘My abs can stop you!’

DRAGON! and frankly I’m torn. Run away. FAR FAR away. Or toss a kid at it as a treat and give the big snuggle bug some scritchies.

It might not be pleasant to touch or smell, which would make for less than ideal scritchies!

Also, it looks wounded or scarred, maybe? Maybe that’s just its face though I’m not sure

Seriously, that last panel is stunning. It feels like I’m actually staring down its maw.

I can’t praise your art enough.

I know that it would probably be terrifying in real life or up close, but all I thought when I saw it was: “Oh thank goodness, the adults aren’t as freaky as the babies!”

You’d think the babies of a species would be cuter than fully grown ones, right?

I dunno, this thing looks plenty hideous to me.

Having seen this page before (and I reeealy *don’t* need another close look at the hiiiiiidious creature in the last panel) let’s have a real look at the rest.
First two panels:
Ethan, darling, dit you just ‘magic’ yourself down from that ledge?
A *height* anyone, surely someone of your posture, would barely have to jump…
