A little intermission between the chapters. FYI, Ethan does work out, and I think his grandpa had a job that kept him active. Endomorphs gain muscle AND fat easily, and it’s something Ethan will need to watch out once he’s finished growing. Gotta stay active to keep the gut away!

One more intermission, and chapter 3 will begin on Jan 15th. Woo!

I’ve gotten positive responses on the font used on the previous strip, which is awesome! But some people found it just a little too hard to read, so here’s one that feels similar, but should be easier to read. I hope.

All English fonts and bubbles updated up to this point. English: beige and brown, Korean: black and white.

So many hours I’ve spent on font browsing and tweaking… So much comic I could’ve drawn with that time!

Lots of unexplained things going on, and for that I apologize. My stories tend to be better read in huge chunks (i.e. multiple chapters) so you don’t have to wait too long to find out certain things. I’m trying to make it enjoyable as a trickling webcomic, too, but I still have a long way to go.

“Elyeo” and “Rencho” are both not-so-authentic pronunciations of the names of the species. The Elyeo call themselves Elyath, and the Rencho call themselves Vrenjo.

…But that’s not the most interesting thing going on here, is it?

Old art all around today. The paneling is pretty bad here; it doesn’t flow smoothly, and it’s got more talking heads than I would’ve preferred. It shows how much I have improved (drew these panels months ago), though, doesn’t it?

I’m a little worried about how the next strip will be received… ^^;
