-cough- Either ‘everyone’ already knows not to try to grab anyone wearing one of those, and no-one thought to warn him, and that’s why she looks so surprised, or this is some weird unexpected reaction that means he’s somehow unusual….given the story so far, I’m betting it’s the first option.
