We’ve seen guns and a train. Makes sense they have newspaper as well, though only in cities! The innkeep’s family has been living in this area for generations, since before the Xi-folk’s mass immigration into the country about 100 years ago.

Ethan has mixed-at-best feelings about this praise. Anyone notice how the streets in the Xi block are super empty? Meanwhile, just across the creek, life is happening as usual.
